Cancellations: We can cancel an order if you would like. Please be aware that a 2.5% fee will apply. If you are canceling a pre-order, please let us a week ahead of time as we cannot guarantee that we can get to your request before the order ships out.
When will my order ship? If your order contains a pre-order item, the order will not ship until all items are ready to be shipped. We recommend placing separate orders if you don't want in-stock items delayed. Pre-order items will typically ship 1-3 days before release day if there are no delays.
Do you ship sealed cases/displays? Yes. Anything that is ordered in case or display quantity will be shipped sealed in the case or display. On very rare occasion, we may not be able to honor this but we will contact you before shipping in case you would like to cancel the order.
