Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on domestic orders of $75 or more. We do not currently offer free shipping on International orders.
We use USPS and UPS as our shipping method. If you would like to request a different shipping method, you can contact us at support@joshscards.com
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is offered to any country that USPS or UPS ships to.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Perishable Items
We are not responsible for perishable items spoiling or melting due to shipping. We will do our best to not ship perishable items such as chocolate during hot weather but this is not a guarantee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing Packages
Please report any missing packages no more than 30 days after the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any refund or replacement of missing packages not reported within the 30 day of expected delivery date.
