Tensions build on the city-world of Ravnica, where each guild plies its own agenda to outsmart and outmaneuver the others. Uncover the remaining five guilds with the Gatecrash set so that your guild can be the first to unravel Ravnica's deep-rooted secrets.
Grandiose, pontifical, and wholly dedicated to the all-mighty gold, Orzhov are blessed with a new tool to exact penance from their membership. And, well, anyone else, too. The extort mechanic allows you to spend a white or black mana with any spell you cast—one per card with extort you have (which means you can't just pump a bunch of mana into it). If you choose to extort your opponent, your opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much. Oh, and you may use either white or black mana to extort with any card you choose, even if the card doesn't have that color in its cost.
This Prerelease Pack contains:
• 5 Gatecrash booster packs
• 1 Themed guild booster pack
• 1 Themed alternate-art rare promo card
• 1 Themed Guild symbol sticker
• 1 Spindown life counter
• 1 Letter from the guildmaster
(Each booster pack contains 15 randomly inserted game cards.)
