Yes. Anything that is ordered in case or display quantities will be shipped sealed and double boxed. In the rare event that we are unable to do so, we will notify you first before shipping in case you would like to cancel the order.

Your order will not ship until all items in that order are ready to ship. If you order does not contain any pre-order items, your order will ship out within 1-2 business days. If your order contains a pre-order item, the ship date will be displayed under the product upon checkout. During high order volume your order could be delayed by a few days.

Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Sales tax and customs fees for international orders are not included in the final sale price. You will be responsible for any of these fees that may be incurred on the package.

It depends on where you are and what shipping rate you choose. For U.S. orders the average delivery time is 3-5 business days. For international orders the average delivery time is 3-21 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We have a 30-day return policy on most products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 2.5% fee. Yes. Please contact us no later than a week before the release date of the item you are wanting to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made on the week of release as this is when we will start shipping out pre-orders. Cancellations are subject to a 2.5% fee.
